What Do You Drive?

In order to produce the best magazine and website for you, once in a while we like to ask a question or two.

This time, we'd like to know what you drive.  Is it a Jeep CJ, YJ, TJ, or JK?  Click on whatever it is.  If you're a Toyota SUV or utility owner, click on the "Toyota Land Cruiser" even if you own an FJ Cruiser or 4Runner.  "Toyota Pickup" covers all Toyotas from the Hilux to the Tacoma.  The rest is self-expanatory.

3. "Other" for me means 4WD's 2003 Toyota 4Runner UNLimited. It's not a hard core trail rig, but it does a great job of being a daily driver that can still tackle mild-to-moderate trails.

At some point, I hope "other" will mean an old Scout or Early Bronco or a CJ-6. I'd like to build a trail rig that's smog-exempt, and that means '75 or older in California.

A YJ or TJ is still a realistic possibility, especially considering all of the parts available and the ever-lowering purchase prices of those models.

For now, I'm stoked on the 4Runner. If you're considering an FJ Cruiser, you owe it to yourself to put the 4Runner on your possibilities list. It's got the same drivetrain and is much easier to see out of.

4. LOL. I hope that next time you read the OP so you know what "other" really is. ;)

In the poll, your 4Runner should go with the Toyota Land Cruisers. The early Broncos, Scouts, and CJs all have their own categories and don't go into "other" either. Hmmm, ""other either", now THAT sounds weird.

Kevin loves his 4Runner and is a brand new owner, so will be excused from following directions here.
