All That's Left to do is Drive

King of the Hammers weekend  was a busy one for me. As if the event itself wasn't enough, I had a separate photo shoot the day before the race, and one the day after. The vehicles of that weekend ran the whole gamut, from the TJ Unlimited shown here, to the hardcore buggies of the KOH competition, to the F-150 prerunner I shot before driving home.

A full feature on this TJ Unlimited is coming up the the August, 2009 print version of 4 Wheel Drive and Sport Utility. Built by Pomona Gear, this TJ is fitted with Dana 60 axles, an Atlas II, a Chevy engine conversion, and Mastercraft Seats. For its owner, it's a wish list come true. All that's left to do is drive it.
