New, improved synthetic winch line

Master-Pull’s 5/16” Superline® XD synthetic winch line is even stronger than before with an improved breaking strength of 21,000lbs. The new XD shares the same features as the previous generation XD, such as a pre-stretched core that gives the line its superior strength. Covering the entire core is a heavy duty braided cover made of the same Dyneema fiber the core is composed of.

Other synthetic winch lines will lose strength due to prolonged UV exposure and abrasion. The Superline® XD cover completely protects the core from UV rays and protects against abrasion. Dirt and sand is an enemy to synthetic ropes as they can get lodged in between the fibers and cause abrasion. Over time, this can decrease strength by up to 30%. The XD’s cover keeps all dirt and sand from entering the core, so the line’s strength is never compromised. This in turn increases the safety and life span of the winch line, which means it can be used much longer without replacement.
