I spent the day yesterday photographing two very nice JK Wrangler Unlimiteds. The first was Jeff Garland's, owner of Bruiser Turbo Diesel Turn-Key Conversions.
Jeff's JK has a Bruiser Cummins 4BT 4-cylinder diesel and Raptor 700R4 automatic transmission. All JK systems work perfectly, with no warning lights or problems.
The 4BT delivers. With 380 lb.-ft. of torque from almost off-idle, the diesel mill powers the JK over obstacles with ease. On the highway, the Wrangler is getting +- 30mpg! The Bruiser diesel conversion has multiple-fuel capability and can run on several different types of fuel with little or no modification, such as waste vegetable oil, bio-diesel etc.
