I started building this Harbor Freight off-road trailer in the April issue and it's extended to the July issue. I'll likely take it a few more as I keep getting ideas on how to improve it. Here's the results so far, which will you'll see the process of in the July 2012 issue.
The tires are 31x10.50R15 BFG Mud Terrains on 15x8 Rugged Ridge wheels. Northern Tool & Equipment supplied the fenders, hubs, and spindles for the new, wider axle I built. That's an ARB USA Simpson III rooftop tent placed on the upper deck, which I built using metal sourced from Industrial Metal Supply. Other suppliers include PitPal Products, Durabak, Mac's Custom Tie-Downs, SWAG Off-Road, and Rubbermaid. My neighbor, Steve the Blacksmith, has also been a great asset to the project.
