All the parts are here -- a 4" Rancho suspension system, ARB Air Lockers, Warn 9.0Rc winch, etc., but it's difficult to manage two projects at once, so the Colorado is waiting for the Gen IV YJ project to be completed.
I have a set of 285/70R17LT Mickey Thompson Baja Radial ATZ tires to install on the Chevy, but they won't fit while it's in stock trim. I decided to try mounting the JK Rubicon's OE LT255/75R17 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM tires on a set of 17x9" Dick Cepek Gun Metal 7 wheels. On paper, the BFGs are about half an inch bigger in diameter than the Colorado Z71's OE tires. In reality, they're almost an inch taller.
The Dick Cepek Gun Metal 7 wheels are good looking, strong alloy wheels. They're true and took very little weight to balance with the BFGs mounted.
The Dick Cepek wheels and BFG Mud Terrain tires help the Colorado to look a bit more aggresive. It works much better off-road when exploring, too.
