With continuous improvements in design and strength, the Zip Locker is Yukon’s air-operated locking differential featuring a forged case & forged 4320 internals for added strength. These units work with a variety of air delivery systems that provide the driver with on-demand traction.
Each unit comes with several critical components such as air line, fittings, operation switch with both front and rear covers, air solenoid, zip ties and more. Zip Lockers are the perfect option for extreme rock crawling & off-road use, or driving in snow & ice as well as situations where both traction & turning radius are needed.
Current applications include Dana 30 in 27 & 30 spline, Dana 44, Dana 44 JK, Dana 60 in 30 & 35 spline, D60 competition series in 35 spline, Ford 10.25” & 10.5”, Model 35 in 27 & 30 spline, Toyota 4 cylinder, Toyota V6 with more applications on the way.
